For less than the price of 3 classes – you will begin to see immediate changes in your body and mind after just a few classes. By taking the recommended 3 classes per week – the New Client Special is only $5.40 per class.

The $65 New Client Special is available for purchase online CLICK HERE or in-person at The Bar Method Austin. This special price is available to any client that has not attended a class in the previous year. Take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy a ton of classes at a great price. This package is limited to one purchase per client and is non-transferrable once activated. Freezes and extensions are not permitted.
How Do I Get Started?
Follow the steps to create an online account and buy now!
Select and purchase the New Client Special for $79. Your package will activate the day of your first class, not the day of purchase.
Reserve a class as far in advance as you’d like. If it fits your schedule, we highly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to get your locker, have a quick tour of the studio, and find your spot in the studio. Also, we do not allow people to enter class if class has been started for longer than 5 minutes.
Bring socks, workout pants (which cover your knees) and any top that covers your midriff (tank top/t-shirt, etc.). We also have socks available for purchase in our retail section. Make sure you have had something light to eat 1-2 hours before class. Please note, gum and cell phones are not allowed in class.

New Client Policies
First time students are required to create an account online. Please CLICK HERE to set up your account. We strongly recommend signing up for a class and reserving your spot, as our classes do tend to fill up. Please arrive 15 minutes early to class, allowing yourself time for parking. Admittance is not permitted once class has started. You will receive a brief tour of the facility from one of our staff and meet your teacher.
A late cancel and no show policy applies to the New Client Special. Clients have 2 hours before class start time to cancel.
Pregnant, Modifications, or Injured?
The Bar Method has spent years developing a safe and effective workout environment for clients that are pregnant or post-pregnancy. In addition, there are dozens of modifications that can customized for clients with varying limitations, abilities, and strengths to help achieve increased strength, stability, and balance. The Bar Method training process is the ONLY place in Austin where you can be sure that instructors have the knowledge to tailor the the workout to students in a way that each person gains the maximum benefit from their class. There are modifications for every exercise, so please inform your teacher of any limitations or injuries so they can adjust the workout to your needs for you to safely perform each exercise.
